In one of the twenty Municipalities recognized for DOC ASPRINIO AVERSA, a good wine decanted by SANTE LANCERIO, PAOLO MONELLI, MARIO SOLDATI and LUIGI VERONELLI, I undertook the cultivation of grapevine with modern methods chosing the training system of GUJOT with iron poles that allow the mechanization of some processing steps. The next step will be the transformation of grapes into a series of organic products.
